Your journey begins with a consultation with one of our Certified Clinical Trichologists. We take the time to understand your concerns, medical and hair history, and examine your hair and scalp using advanced scalp analysis technology.

A closer look at your scalp

Using advanced scalp dermoscopy and AI-assisted analysis technology, our trichologists closely examine the scalp and hair follicles, helping to identify visible signs and patterns that may be associated with hair and scalp concerns.

Your results are reviewed by one of our trichologists, who can help you better understand what may be happening with your hair and scalp. Where required, a doctor is involved to order pathology testing and review your treatment and consultation plan.

Developing your treatment plan

Following your assessment, an appropriate treatment plan is developed based on your individual needs and concerns. Where medical treatment is indicated, your care is reviewed and overseen by one of our doctors.

Ongoing support

Your care doesn’t end after your treatment. Our trichologists, registered nurses and doctors remain involved throughout your journey, providing ongoing monitoring, support and adjustments to your treatment plan when appropriate.
